The LipoZentrum Dr. Heck in Salzburg was founded at the end of 2018 by Dr. Falk-Christian Heck with the aim of creating a competence center for standardized lipedema surgery for Austria, Switzerland, Italy and also for the south of Germany.

Dr. Heck and his team perform over 2500 liposuction procedures for lipedema every year at all locations and have only one goal:

To lead our patients into a new life without pain and suffering, but with more self-confidence and quality of life!

At the LipoZentrum Dr. Heck, we follow the surgical standards developed by Dr. Heck over the years. We work exclusively with water jet assisted liposuction, which is still considered the most gentle procedure. Through circular and radical lipodecompression, we can guarantee long-term, stable surgical results and a comparable, high quality. And that is exactly what we aim for!

Dr. Heck and his team have many years of experience in diagnosing and treating lipedema. In addition to their professional expertise, it is important to us to provide trusting and loving care before, during and after the operation and to ensure that our patients feel well looked after. We do our best every day to achieve this! It is a pleasure for us to be able to accompany the affected women on their way to a pain-free, more confident and self-determined life!

The LipoZentrum Dr. Heck supports science on the subject of lipedema as a cooperation partner for external research projects, but also carries out numerous studies of its own in order to continuously develop the standards in the surgical and conservative treatment of lipedema. In our own survey, our surgical method is characterized by reproducibly good results with a low complication rate.
